Appointments and date bookings for Shopify, connected to your own Google Calendar.
Bookings in your calendar
Connect one Google account and assign booking calendars by product, product template or collection. Customers choose dates and times on your storefront. BookUp checks availability and saves bookings after verified checkout payment or a booking form submission, according to your settings.
Optional approval uses Google Calendar invitations. Apple Calendar connected to the same Google account can send native responses; sync timing depends on the calendar service.
Google Calendar permissions
BookUp reads your calendar list so you can choose booking destinations. It reads limited event timing and response information to calculate availability, and creates or updates booking events in the selected calendars. It does not request Google Drive, Gmail or contact-list access.

Your accounts and your data
Paid booking dates and processing status stay on Shopify orders. Calendar events and booking-form contact details go to your Google Calendar. The service processes this information and retains encrypted authorization and app settings, temporary reservation locks and calendar metadata; it does not maintain a lasting customer booking archive.
Plans and availability
Basic costs $4.99 USD per month and uses one calendar for the store. Standard costs $9.99 USD per month and supports calendar assignment rules. Both plans connect one Google account and offer a 14-day trial. Shopify handles subscription approval and billing. BookUp is being prepared for public release.
