Let’s help you get set up.
Talk to Aoloha about Proofdrop, your storage connection, or a privacy request. Every email button opens your email application.
Contact Aoloha
Email hello@aoloha.com. For setup help, include your store domain, the step you were trying to complete, and any error message. Please leave out passwords, API keys, tokens, and private customer photos.
If no email app is configured, copy hello@aoloha.com into your usual email service.
Set up photo uploads
Open Proofdrop in Shopify admin, configure the uploader, then enable Photo uploads in the theme editor’s App embeds section. Save your theme and test the real contact page. Check that Shopify’s contact email includes working photo links. The product page covers the setup steps.
Connect or disconnect Google Drive
In Proofdrop’s storage controls, choose Connect Google Drive, sign in to the merchant account, approve the requested permissions, and confirm the account in Proofdrop. This selects Drive for new uploads. Customers do not sign in to Google.
To disconnect, use Disconnect Google Drive in the app. You can also remove Proofdrop’s access in Google Account connections. Disconnecting removes the stored connection and returns new uploads to Shopify Files. Existing Drive photos remain in your account. Shopify Files links are public.
Delete photos or request data deletion
For uploaded photos, open the app’s cleanup controls. Choose all tracked photos or photos older than 30 or 90 days, review the selection, and confirm. Cleanup permanently deletes selected app-uploaded files; existing links stop working. Delete photos before disconnecting or uninstalling, or use your storage provider to manage them directly.
For app account information, email a data deletion request with your store domain and the information concerned. We may need to verify that you are authorized for the store. Uninstall and shop-redact webhooks also remove app-owned metadata and credentials when processed.
If you are a customer of a store using Proofdrop, contact that store first to request deletion of your photos. The store controls their storage and can identify your submission.
Why a photo link won’t open
Google Drive links require the connected account or another account granted access by the merchant. If a link is unavailable, check which Google account is signed in and whether the photo has been deleted. Shopify Files links are public, but deletion makes them unavailable. Reconnecting storage does not restore deleted photos.
Built for clearer customer conversations.
